Anyone ages 5 and up can audition! All dancers, even those who have been in the company for previous years, have to re-audition each season.

Yes! Dancers who perform solos still have requirements they have to meet just like a group dancer, so do keep that in mind.

Time will be measured in the level of your dancer, and how many dances they are in. Thursdays are required rehearsal days for groups, solo duo and trio lessons are scheduled separately with your instructor. Payments are separated into 10 month increments and will be personalized to your dancers lineup for the season. We will attend 4 local competitions and one out of state. (Out of state could either be Texas, Kansas, or Missouri) If your dancer is in TVDS Company, they must attend all competitions.

Yes! You can do this by submitting an email request with the competetion’s you are wanting to attend and we will enter your dancer for you. Do keep in mind instructors are not required to attend competitions TVDS is not attending as a company.

Competitive sports of any kind require practice and certain skills. Dancers who want to compete at a competitive level will need the skill set and practice to set them up for the best success possible.
